"Absolutely jam packed with actionable items I can work into my business to get things done way quicker. I wasn't expecting this much to be honest, but it's awesome. Kind of wish I could keep these secrets to myself!"

JENN MEYER

the journey begins

It was time to face reality.

Five years ago I was facing the realization that no day job was going to pay me enough money to achieve my goal of financial liberation.

By 'financial liberation' I simply mean having enough money to live comfortably and spend my time more or less doing what I wanted while not having to really think about money.

I'd been toiling year after year to build someone else’s business, with money constantly on my mind because I didn’t have enough of it.

Waiting for something better to come along, rather than seizing control of my future and constructing the life I wanted.

Most people reconcile themselves to such a fate. They don’t like it, but they accept it.

Others consider such a fate to be intolerable and refuse to accept it. They carry on with their work-a-day life out of immediate necessity, but the burning desire to escape it only grows by the year.

If that is you, then we have already have something in common.

AND YOU MIGHT UNDERSTAND THIS...

In order to achieve financial liberation, you need to sell something.

There are 2 things you can sell:

      • a product, or
      • a service

The problem with selling a service, like website design, is that it’s not really scaleable. You can only work so many hours a week, and your income will once again hit a ceiling. AI and automation are rapidly replacing such jobs anyway, flooding the market with competition from those whose jobs have already been replaced.

If you sell a product, there are 2 options. You can either:

      • be a middleman and sell someone else’s product, or

      • you can make and sell your own.

The problem with selling someone else’s product is that you will need to compete with others who are selling the same thing. The result is a price war, as there is little that differentiates the various offers. It’s a brutal race to the bottom.

This is why I:

      • sell a product, not a service
      • make the product myself

When you make and sell your own product, you have full control over your business. Your work has a compounding effect as you build a machine that generates adequate profit in the short term, more money in the medium term, and potentially limitless returns over time. It's the opposite of living paycheck to paycheck.

And because you are the sole producer of your product, you are not subject to the race-to-the-bottom price wars that haunt retailers.

Moreover, your work becomes meaningful and fulfilling, rather than tedious and alienating. Your business offers a sense of purpose, and provides not only an outlet for creativity, but a reason to learn and to grow, as you now have a platform on which to apply your knowledge. Your business becomes nothing short of a vehicle for self-actualisation.

But what does all this mean in practice? How do you know what to make and how to make it? How do you sell what you make? And how do you do all this stuff by yourself, when other companies have teams that do the same thing?

We’ll get to all that.

sound familiar?

This course might be for you if...

If none of these apply to you, feel free to leave this page and carry on with your day.

You have the skills to make something

...but can’t see how you can turn that into a viable business (you’re not alone).

you've lost faith in salaried jobs

...and understand that starting a business is no longer optional.

You find yourself stuck in a rut

...no longer believing in the promise of a better future, but not knowing a better path to take

You are skeptical of online courses

...peddling the next get-rich-quick scheme (this isn’t that).

You’ve tried making and selling something before

...but it never got off the ground so you shelved the idea.

You are hesitant to take the risk

...of starting your own business because of immediate financial concerns.

The One Person Factory System will give you the framework, tools and clarity to free yourself from the financial and spiritual confines of traditional employment, while contributing something lasting and meaningful to the world.

THE ECONOMY IS CHANGING

Why Most Microproducers Fail.

And how not to be one of them.

In order to establish a profitable and scaleable micro-production shop, you need to have three elements in place:

A remarkable product that instantly grabs attention because of its quality and beauty (no gimmicks).

A way to make your product efficiently and without struggle, and turn your little operation into a well-oiled machine.

An easy and effective way to hold attention, and turn interest into sales.

YOUR Product must be remarkable, otherwise...

  • you won't attract attention

  • you'll have to compete on price

  • your work will be unrewarding and unfulfilling

Your Production must be quick and easy, otherwise...

  • you won't be competitive

  • you'll waste time on laborious manual chores

  • you'll be tied to your business because you can't train anyone else to take over

your marketing must be simple and easy, so that...

  • you won't waste valuable time and mental energy

  • you'll be able to easily implement tried-and-true systems

  • you'll be able to sell like a pro without specialized knowledge

I have spent the last 5 years developing, implementing and refining a system for opening and operating a microproduction business.

The purpose of such a business is bring fulfilment, meaning and financial liberation to anyone ambitious enough to take the plunge.

The system is called the One Person Factory framework. Very simply, it is a system for developing outstanding products, producing them efficiently, and selling them profitably and with ease.

It's the framework I wish I'd had when first got started myself.

While I am a furniture maker by trade, there are now One Person Factories popping up all over the world, producing and selling ceramics, leather goods, clothing, home decor items to name a few.

Here's a brief overview of what's inside the course.

JESSICA ARNETTE

from the trenches...

I spent three years refining this system so that you don’t have to.

It’s genuinely heartbreaking to watch most artisan craft businesses fail to become profitable. So many skilled artisans who have all the right intentions end up pouring their blood, sweat and tears into business ventures that are dead in the water.

■  Hourly, 50% of Etsy shop owners make less than the Federal minimum wage of $7.25.

■  74% of Etsy shops eventually fail.

And the worst part about it is that all this suffering is completely unnecessary. I've been there, I get it.

I spent three years straight in the trenches:

■  Testing out product after product, and not finding one that clicked.

■  Wasting precious time on inefficient production processes

■  Dealing with constant headaches, ‘putting out fires’ and feeling as though I was constantly swimming against the tide

■  Barely scraping by, feeling stressed out and let down, and wondering if I should throw in the towel

I even, in my darkest and most desperate hour, considered trying to sell on Etsy myself.

The One Person Factory framework is what I wish I’d had when I started. I remember searching far and wide for anyone who could guide me and get my newly-founded, struggling business on the right track. The thing is, there just simply wasn’t such a blueprint for starting, developing, running and growing a profitable artisan brand—until now.

That’s why, as I was writing the course over the last two years, I imagined that I was coaching the former me.

I created The One Person Factory course because I understood that there was no other way for artisan entrepreneurs to learn this stuff. Sure, there are mountains of books and courses to do with:

■  running a small business

■  sales and marketing

■  branding and positioning

■  production processes

■  e-commerce.

But none of them are calibrated to what we do, so the advice they offer is general at best, and downright misleading if you don’t get the nuances of it.

More to the point, none of them will tell you what you actually need to do in order to grow a small production business to the point of financial liberation, namely:

■  Produce a smash hit of a product that flies off the shelf so fast that you biggest concern is actually getting orders filled

■  Make this product efficiently enough so that you are competitive

■  Get your product in front of eyeballs and convert interest into sales.

I’ve spent 2000+ hours sifting through more than 50 books, countless blog posts, and hundred of hours of video in order to sort the wheat from the chaff.

I’ve also spent more than $5,000 over the last 3 years on online training courses—so you don’t have to.

I have distilled the teachings of marketing gurus, sifted through the noise of e-commerce advice, borrowed what works and discarded the rest. And most importantly, I've applied and refined what I'd learned. The result is the One Person Factory system —a tried and tested, tailor-made approach for people like us that consistently brings results.

"Why didn't I think of that?"

Bonus: The One Person Factory Central Command System (an absolute game changer).

I used to struggle with keeping my workflow organized, lean and efficient. Constantly searching for documents on my laptop, keeping everything in my head, wasting time and mental energy instead of taking action.

I needed a way to keep everything in one place, so that I could locate any document or tool in seconds. So I created (then improved and refined) my own system—a simple, tailor-made platform for artisan entrepreneurs to run and manage an entire business, no complicated tech skills required.

This is the exact system I use to run Warehouse57. A simpler organizational system will never be devised.

The One Person Factory Central Command System is based entirely on Google tools, is completely free, totally customizable, has a learning curve of about 5 minutes and requires no special technical skills.

BUT WAIT, THERE's more

3 More Outstanding Bonuses: Tailor-made digital tools that earn you money and save you time

I'm also including the very same online custom problem-solving tools I built and use to run my own company. These programs have been invaluable in simplifying my tasks and eliminating confusion so that my work is low-stress and never a struggle. Each of these tools:

■  can be implemented immediately by anyone, no specialized technical knowledge required

■  seamlessly integrates with the One Person Factory Central Command System, or can be used on its own.

■  come with easy-to-follow tutorials to get you up and running in no time.

60 Second Kaizen Continuous Improvement System

Now it's easy to 'fix what bugs you'–a pillar of Lean Manufacturing. All you need is one minute to record any inefficiency, annoyance or area for improvement right when you encounter it:

■  Record new items with one click and a super simple voice or text entry interface–no fussing around with spreadsheets. Sixty seconds (if that) and you're done.

■  Automatically sorts entries based on ease of solution and intensity of issue

■  build a list of actionable items with one click.

My Muda Waste Reduction System

The typical artisan producer wastes 30-40% of their time on non-value added activities. In Japanese Lean Manufacturing, this is called 'Muda'–wasted movement, materials, time and energy. (It's all in the course).

Cut out the waste and turn your business into a well-oiled machine with my super easy-to-use Muda Waste Reduction System. Automatically links up with your Standard Operating Procedures, no data entry required. (Pro tip: this thing will save you an absolute ton of time).

Lean Operations Manual template

Your Operations Manual is like the computer code that runs your business–it's what separates the pros from the amateurs.

Plugs straight into your Muda Waste Reduction System in seconds for simple automation. Seamlessly integrates into the One Person Factory Central Command System, so that every process, procedure or policy is a click away. Add Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and build your Lean Operations Manual a few minutes at a time, as you work–no boring, lengthy sit down sessions required.

I thought long and hard about packaging up these tools and selling them as a standalone product, they've been that valuable in running Warehouse57. But it's critical for me that you experience the transformative capabilities of The One Person Factory System right from the start, so I'm including them as free bonuses to the course.

Join the One Person Factory movement while the special Pre-Launch offer is still on.

We're building something big.

Once you get that starting your own business is no longer optional, it simply becomes a question of when to begin.

The best time to start was 5 years ago. The second best time is now.

The One Person Factory System is the framework that you have been looking for. It is available only here.

All the best,

imageedit_48_8933606128.png

You've got questions? I've got answers.

Still have unanswered questions? Drop me a line at nate@thenathaneverett.com.

Is this a self-paced course?

Yes. You will have immediate and lifetime access to the course material, and you may complete units at your own pace. It’s recommended to go through the course material once to gain a holistic understanding, and then go back and focus on the nuts and bolts.

You will be able to revisit particular units as reference material as you need.

How long is the program?

The time to complete the course will vary from person to person, but roughly 25 hours for the core content. You will also spend some time setting up and implementing the bonus tools, such as the Central Command System. This will be an iterative process as you develop your business, rather than a single sit down session.

Do I need prior experience with running a business?

No, but you will need to know how to make something—or be willing to learn. You will also need to understand particular rules and regulations to do with running a small production business in your locale, such as permits and accounting requirements.

Running a business as an artisan is not a linear process, but rather an iterative one. It is as much an art as a science. You will make mistakes and learn from them—we all do. The One Person Factory System gives you the understanding to begin this process.

I’m not in the USA, is this course relevant to me?

I am also very far from the USA. There may be a number of references to the US market as the majority of people implementing the program live in the States. However, the content of the course has nothing in particular to do with the USA or any other country. The principles and practices we talk about are applicable internationally, certainly in any developed country.

What is your refund policy?

As this is a digital product and there is no way to return it, we do not offer refunds. Please be sure that this course is for you before purchasing.

Why didn’t I get a login email?

Most likely there was a typo in the email address that was entered when registering. Get in touch at nate@thenathaneverett.com and we’ll sort that out for you.
